Durga Puja is an integral part of Bengali culture that tugs at every bengali’s heart, no matter how far they are from “home”. The puja is never same without the “parar pandal”, morning anjali rush, the sound of dhak. Valley Bengali Community is honored to host Durga Puja 2024 in our valley “home” for blissful two days of puja celebration. Our goal is to provide a “parar pujo” feel to our local community. Just like our Saraswati Puja, Durga Puja will be a “ghoroya pujo,” primarily for the Indian community living in and around the valley. We strive to offer a local venue to offer “anjali” without having to travel far, enjoy the festivities close to our homes, and make it our own “parar pujo.” We welcome everyone! #PararPujo
